WHAT IS THE CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
Punto y Arte will change all those products that are new and have not been used.
The client has 7 working days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the reception of the product.
The product must be returned packed, in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
The customer must return by courier (Correos) the product, running with the expenses that this generates.
In addition: The seller responds of the lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of two years from delivery.
The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of having knowledge of it.
Taking into account the nature of some of the products marketed, these guarantees will be applied as long as the type of product allows it.
In the case of defective products Punto y Arte will proceed to the immediate change and will bear all shipping costs as long as the product is in stock, otherwise the amount of the product will be returned to the customer, taking charge Punto y Arte the costs that this may generate.
